Howard Student Publishes an Article on Automation & Job Loss with EPI

Carl Romer, economics major in the department of economics, has recently published an article with the Economics Policy Institute (EPI), "Black and Hispanic Men Could Face Disproportionate Job Loss Due to Transportation Automation."
