AEASP 2023 Scholar Wonder Ahiatsi

My name is Wonder Ahiatsi, and I am a student at the University of Massachusetts, majoring in Quantitative Economics. I am interested in learning about how economic intuition and econometrics skills can be used to conduct research to help society and corporations make informed policy decisions. I am also an honors student in the Honors College at UMass Lowell, currently working on my Honors Thesis Research Project. My areas of interest in economics include Industrial Organization, Econometrics, Statistics, Development Economics, Financial Markets, and Monetary Policy. I am particularly interested in economic consulting, as it is one of many corporate sector fields that require economics skills.
