AEASP 2024 Scholar Chiara Pilato

My name is Chiara Luna. I'm a rising senior at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy with a minor in Energy and Resources. I am half Italian, but I was born and raised in Nicaragua. My passions involve any impact revolving around sustainability in developing countries, environmental justice, and the clean energy sector. Currently, I am working as a research assistant at the Energy Institute at the Haas School of Business. In my free time, you can find me playing golf, listening to music, or exploring new places near me. I look forward to meeting everyone in AEASP and using this experience to strengthen my economic knowledge and prepare me for my future degrees in the Economic field.
