Wilbens Siguineau

Wilbens, currently pursuing a degree in Public Management at The Bush School, Texas A&M, holds a bachelor's degree in economics, specializing in statistics, from the Centre de Techniques de Planification et d'Économie Appliquée in Haiti. With a background in economics, Wilbens has worked extensively as a monitoring and evaluation specialist with various public and nonprofit organizations, including Catholic Relief Services and the Center for Facilitation of Investment in Haiti. He has also served as an economist at the Haitian Central Bank. Actively engaged in his community, Wilbens currently serves as the chairman of his undergraduate university's alumni association and as the treasurer at the Student Government Association at The Bush School. His research interests lie in applied microeconomics, the economics of education, and health economics, and his passion is applying economic principles to enhance the effectiveness of education development programs, particularly for marginalized communities, to promote sustainable economic growth and social betterment.
