Christen Black is a second-year Ph.D. student in Economics at Howard University, specializing in labor and urban economics. He earned his master's degree from Old Dominion University, where he conducted research at the Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy, focusing on real-world policy issues through advanced data analysis in R. Chris also brings valuable teaching experience from his time at his alma mater Hampton University.
