Born in Mexico, he immigrated to the United States at the age of 9, which impacted the way he sees the world and wealth. Growing up in the rural town of Leadville, he saw issues within his immigrant community and education. All of this has led to him currently pursuing a triple major at MSU Denver in Economics, Applied Mathematics, and Philosophy.

My name is Qawi Rucker. I am from Cincinnati, Ohio. I am currently in pursuit of my master's degree in economics from Howard University and am applying to PhD programs in economics.

Brian Roper-Nelson, a junior Economics major at North Carolina A&T, originally got interested in economics because he loved how it combined data, history, math, and intuition to describe and explain the complexities of the world. A member of the executive board of the Aggie Economic Association, he is deeply interested in the intricacies of macroeconomics and its intersections with law. Brian has an ardent interest in pursuing a Ph.D.

Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Devyn Rascoe, a student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is majoring in Economics with a concentration in Law. She is currently serving as the Vice President and Miss for The Aggie Economics Association. Through this role, she actively contributes to the economic development of her local community and school. In her final year at A&T, she will merge her passionate interest in economics and law as President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

My name is Chiara Luna. I'm a rising senior at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy with a minor in Energy and Resources. I am half Italian, but I was born and raised in Nicaragua. My passions involve any impact revolving around sustainability in developing countries, environmental justice, and the clean energy sector. Currently, I am working as a research assistant at the Energy Institute at the Haas School of Business.

My name is Minsoo Park. I was born in South Korea and moved to the USA when I was 16 years old. I am currently a student at Columbia University studying Finance Economics. I am currently working as an RA and working on my own research in public economics. My biggest interest is in economic theory, socio-economics, and macroeconomics. I still love most of the economic fields beside them.

I am a 5th year student studying economics at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. I specialize in econometrics, more specifically in the combination of software engineering to develop more data-intensive tools for economic research. I am very interested in the blend of programming and econometrics. I have worked on multiple projects related to this blend, like the collaborative effort with the UPRM and the "Junta de Planificacion Fiscal" to modernize the recollection and process of economic data like calculating Puerto Rico's GDP.

Emily Nguyen (she/her/hers) is a rising senior and Posse Scholar studying economics at Wellesley College. Her research interests lie in labor economics, the economics of education, and statistical methods. She hopes to use research as a tool for supporting policy work that advocates for diverse groups of people. Her goal at the AEA Summer Program is to further develop skills and tools to prepare for a PhD in economics while supporting like-minded peers.

Noah Moudarres is a third-year undergraduate student at Goucher College pursuing a double major in Economics and Integrative Data Analytics. Born in Syria and lived in the Middle East during his childhood, his experiences led him to the United States, currently doing research with his professor, who is involved with Urban Economics. He has been selected by the chair of the economics department to be a TA for students in economics classes and has been admitted to the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society.

Clifford McEachin Jr is currently a rising senior at Morgan State University majoring in economics. He is currently a research assistant on two projects including studying the causes of redlining, and also in a separate project monetary incentives in economic experiments.
