Manny graduated from UC Berkeley in 2020 with a degree in Economics and Ethnic Studies with a minor in Demography. During his time at Berkeley, he served as Underrepresented Minorities in Econ’s External Vice President and was involved in multiple organizations on campus. He took on positions such as an Experience Berkeley Highschool Coordinator, and an (under)Graduate Student Instructor for the Economics department where he won the Outstanding GSI award in Spring 2020.

Patrick Edwards is a third-year honors student in economics with minors in sociology and mathematics at RochesterInstitute of Technology. His research interests lie at the intersection of economics and sociology, including labor economics and stratification economics. To further explore these interests, Patrick plans to study abroad this fall at OxfordUniversity to complete his minor in sociology and learn more about economic applications in sociological issues.
